That’s why we provide full senior living operator services that are designed to cater to the unique needs of each resident. HealthCare
Health remains a priority for seniors. A medical centre with home ICU arrangements shall be established within the complex to oversee critical health requirements of elders. NEPL care shall include

Nursing care
​With one trained Nurse on duty 24X7, our services shall include general observation, weekly vital & sugar monitoring

Medicine Procurement
NEPL shall help with the procurement of medicines from appropriate vendors empanelled with NEPL

Activities of daily living (ADL
Trained care attendants support seniors in walking, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing and grooming activities. These attendants will work under the supervision of an experienced staff

Health Emergency Response
Trained BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certified staffs will manage emergency situation, Nurses will perform BLS (Basic life support)/CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation), if required. Residents can also immediately be shifted to the multi-speciality hospital nearby for advance intervention via ambulance

Doctor on call
A physician shall be engaged to visit facility every week and can be consulted for minor ailments. He could guide seniors to appropriate medical faculty.

Lab Service
NEPL shall manage lab tests required by seniors, through empanelled quality service providers

Massage
​Continuing with one of our oldest healing traditions, residents requiring massage can be provided a 30-minute massage session every day. The purpose is to stimulate the lymphatic system -- reducing muscle tension, improving blood circulation, reducing stress, anxiety & depression and increasing joint mobility & flexibility.

Hospital Management
In case of hospitalization, our nurses will accompany and admit senior in an appropriate hospital. A healthcare attendant may be deployed to accompany the senior during the hospitalization period

On-line Consultation
NEPL shall establish an online consultation platform within the medical centre. Seniors requiring consultation can consult empanelled specialists from various hospitals with the support of centre staff. Nurses will aid with medical communication.

Medicine management
Prescriptions given by consultant physicians are carefully read through, bought via a trusted local pharmacy and administered to the residents in appropriate doses by duty nurses at a fixed time every day.

physiotherapy
An experienced physiotherapist shall visit 5 days a week, providing sessions on demand or as advised by consultant physicians. She/he will advise appropriate exercises for consulting elder
Food Services
NEPL will ensure the well-being of its residents through the provision of wholesome and safe meals. Our meal system stands out for its uniqueness, as we go beyond the traditional 3 meals a day and offer a total of 5 meals to cater to the nutritional needs of our residents. This includes regular meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner at appropriate timings. At noon, residents are treated to a delightful assortment of fresh fruits, making for a healthy and refreshing mid-day snack. In the evenings, we serve milk or tea, accompanied by tasty and nourishing snacks to satisfy their cravings.
We understand the importance of accommodating the dietary requirements of seniors and adapt all meals to their specific needs. This includes providing allergy-free and medically safe foods, catering to individual health conditions and restrictions, as required*. We ensuring that every resident receives the proper sustenance they need to stay healthy and happy. Personalized care is crucial to us


Activities
Loneliness is an epidemic in the making. NEPL strives to engage every resident in activities of their choice. NEPL shall actively engage seniors in physical and cognitive activities to maintain their holistic health. Every day, two activities are conducted - one in the morning and another in the evening. These events take place in an array of settings including the library, indoor games room, entertainment hall, courtyard, swimming pool and Park.
Evening prayers are a part of the regular routine, offering residents spiritual comfort. The care home embraces all national, religious, and cultural functions with enthusiasm. It promotes inclusivity by ensuring that everyone in the community, regardless of their background or beliefs, feels a part of the celebrations.
Birthdays are celebrated joyously every month, both for the residents and the staff. This gesture of celebration brings a sense of warmth and family to NRH, making everyone feel appreciated and cherished.
The Community is also frequented by students and various companies’ employees who take pride in contributing to the senior’s happiness.
NEPL has earned a special reputation for its unique annual Mango party, where residents and staff come together to enjoy the sweetness of the king of fruits, Mango.
All in all, NEPL stands out for its care that not only caters to the physical and cognitive well-being of its residents but also nurtures their emotional and social needs through a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere.
Housekeeping & Laundry
Housekeeping shall include floor cleaning & mopping, dusting, and cleaning utensils one time a day.
Each floor shall need a janitor room with floor sink. We expect a team of 2 (cleaner & housekeeper) to clean 24 units per day. Slots could be booked from the central desk.
Laundry could be done by seniors via washing machines, dryers in their units or it could be centralized. A central Laundromat with series of washing machines shall be provided.

Concierge Services
Concierge service is a key assistance required by seniors. Over 20% of seniors of age needs help in travel arrangement, shopping, household management, financial management including banking, insurances etc. Personal events are other area that needs huge assistance. NEPL could help seniors in finding:
1. Instrumental Activities of daily living (IADL) –
We expect every senior to perform these activities on his/ her own. However, with advent of technology, quite a few seniors find it challenging to deal with technological advances. Our concierge executes will assist seniors in managing these.
2. Travel Management –
Seniors are expected to book taxis themselves for travel to the city or beyond. However, our executive shall help arrangement of travel via empaneled vendors and organize senior tours.NEPL role will be of assist and not a provider of the travel service/s
3. Shopping Assistance –
Seniors are expected to shop themselves but they may need companion/ guide. NEPL could depute their personal for this support.
4. Household Management & Grooming –
Basic housekeeping remains in scope of NEPL. However, few seniors find even limited household management difficult. This could include managing their clothes, shoes, etc. NEPL could depute their personal or arrange external vendors appropriate for the services.
